Multifamily Residence, Koreatown
A boutique apartment building with a rooftop pool, resident lounge and panoramic downtown views.

Ground-up multifamily on a constrained urban parcel, delivered for an owner who intended to hold the asset rather than sell it. That changed the specification everywhere it mattered: commercial-grade common-area finishes, unit-level shutoffs that a maintenance tech can actually reach, and a turnover package organised for an operator rather than a broker.
The amenity deck sits on the roof to keep the ground floor entirely leasable. Structure is podium over parking, with the pool and lounge loads engineered into the frame from the beginning.
