Testimonials
We would rather earn this page than write it.
ArcLine is a new name, and we do not have published client quotes yet. We are not going to invent any. Here is what we will put in writing instead — and how to check us out for yourself.

Plenty of contractor websites carry five-star quotes from people who cannot be found and projects that cannot be verified. After a disaster, that is not just marketing — it is how people get hurt.
So this page stays honest. When our first Altadena rebuilds finish, we will ask those homeowners whether they are willing to be quoted by name, and we will publish exactly what they say — good and bad — with their permission on file.
Until then, judge us on things you can actually check: the license, the insurance certificates, the completed projects in our portfolio, and the commitments below, which go in the contract.
Verify us yourself
- 01
Look up our CSLB license number at cslb.ca.gov and confirm it is active and correctly classified.
- 02
Ask for current workers’ compensation and general liability certificates issued to you.
- 03
Ask to visit a project in progress. A builder confident in their sites will say yes.
- 04
Ask for references and actually call them. Ask what went wrong and how we handled it — every project has something.
In the contract
What we will put in writing.
Not adjectives. Specific, checkable commitments you can hold us to from day one.
A fixed price before we start
You get a written scope and a number. Allowances are listed openly and reconciled against real invoices — not quietly absorbed into the margin.
Change orders in writing, in advance
Every change shows its cost and its schedule impact and needs your signature before the work happens. You will never learn about one from a bill.
A named person who answers
One project manager for the life of your project, reachable directly. Not a call centre, not a different face every month.
Progress you can actually see
Progress photos and schedule updates as the job moves — including when the news is that we lost time and here is how we get it back.
Licensed, bonded and insured
Current CSLB license, workers’ compensation and general liability. Certificates provided before we mobilise, not after you ask twice.
We tell you when the numbers do not work
If your insurance proceeds will not cover the rebuild you want, you will hear it in the first conversation — not in month six.

Tell us what you are rebuilding.
A free estimate with a real scope and a real number. If the project is not right for us, we will tell you that too — and point you somewhere better.
